This package is delivered to you in PDF format sent via your email. You will recieve a detailed personal report and wellbeing plan which will incorporate details on your current state of health and a plan of action including personalised dietary, relaxation, positive thinking and lifestyle recommendations as well as a recipe book with over 30 recipe suggestions and a positivity journal providing a template where you can record all the positive things in your life. We will email you on a weekly basis during the 4 weeks of your package to check your progress, help you with any queries and provide personal support.

If you would like further help we will continue to provide personalised nutritional, stress management and relaxation advice to help you reach and maintain your health and wellbeing goals. We will provide you with an updated personal report to assess your progress and individual needs ensuring that you have the most appropriate personalised advice as well as additional recipes and relaxation exercises. We will email you on a weekly basis during the 4 weeks of your package to check your progress, help you with any queries and provide personal support.

Alternatively you may prefer to choose this whenever you are looking for additional help and feedback.

You will continue to receive an email on a weekly basis during the 4 weeks of this package to check your progress and to help you with any queries and provide personal support.

Payment is made securely via PayPal. We accept all major credit/debit cards. Your 4 weeks email support commences upon delivery of your first Holistichem Wellbeing Support email.

This package is only available to existing clients who have completed the comprehensive Holistichem Wellbeing System. If you have not been in contact with us for more than six months and you feel that your needs have changed then you may prefer the Holistichem Wellbeing Maintenance package so that your requirements may be reassessed.
